You think you avoided a few
calories but it diet soda also has side effects from the ingredients they make
to substitute the sugar. There was research conducted last 2013 which gave a
connection between growing diabetes and the increase percentage while drinking
soda, whether it’s just the regular or the diet one. Another study said that
the sweeteners mixed with diet sodas are also as dangerous as the sweeteners in
a regular soda.
Smoothies
Many websites suggest smoothies
to be a substitute for a healthy snack or meal. However, if you are going to
buy smoothies commercially, there is a great chance that it has ore sugar than
it should be. If you want to drink smoothies, you can always make your own at
home. All you need are healthy fruits, vegetables and milk. You can use your
blender at home!
Xtra Light Olive Oil
Olive oil has been proven to
contain a kind of fat which decreases heart disease, cancer and diabetes risks.
But too much “extra light” is not going to do those things anymore. The
lightness of the olive oil mirrors how it was processed and how refined it is.
But nevertheless of the color, 3 teaspoons of olive oil still have more than a
hundred calories.
Many people would say that the
best way of cleaning your hands is by using hand sanitizer. Actually, nothing
beats the old fashion way of thoroughly washing your hands using soap and
water. Too much use of hand sanitizers will kill the good bacteria in your body
which is also responsible for your immune system. It will not make you cleaner
but it will make you more prone to sickness.
