A person likes you if..
they can't take their gaze away from you, wherever you go. He may steal glances from your side or even do a staring a battle with you. However, make sure there is no other else from your direction they are watching especially if you are always with your friend beside you.

But the best thing they will say is that they want something more than friendship. they want you both to try it out and maybe engage into a happy relationship.
they find your lame jokes funny. Seriously, who laughs with lame jokes except for the people who want to make you feel good about yourself and not feel embarrassed. A slight giggle is an example of a good, polite and sincere laugh. And when they smile, his or her face really lights up. 
they treat you as a special person. They don't treat you as their pet, their enemy, their classmate, their classmate but they treat you as a very special person. They would do things they've never done before. For example, you now reload credits everyday to be able to reply to all the messages he or she is sending.
