Mood Disorders

We are naturally emotional beings. We feel different kinds of feelings, joy, excitement, irritation, pain, anger, happiness and many more. And if we are talking about the most common illness in the world, it's not cancer nor heart diseases but mental disorders. These illnesses can struck anyone from babies, children, teenagers, adults and oldies as well. Here are the most common cognitive disorders in the world with interesting facts that you should really know and remember not to forget.

Mood Disorders are the most common kinds. According to studies, these are common to people who are single. These can also be classified to different stages like mild to difficult to be diagnosed. Under are Bipolar, Major Depressive Disorder and Dysthymic. People with these disorders have great emotions of sadness, worthlessness and suicidal. Symptoms can be loss of appetite, focus and interest of stopping life itself. 

The second one is the Personality Disorders. Our personalities differ with out environmental and social life. The most common personality disorders are antisocial personality where obviously you don't like to mingle with other people and might find them not significant, avoidant personality where a person doesn't want to be criticized and the last one is borderline personality where it is heightened and a person is being unstable and suicidal.

Eating Disorders are not just about what our stomach feels but also our minds too. When women are too excessive with how they look, they became anorexic where their normal eating patterns are being altered.  Even though a person is really thing, she sees herself in front of the mirror as an overweight. On the other hand, a person who is eating excessively but then regrets it and do excessive dieting has an eating disorder called Bulimia Nervosa.
