3 Unbelievable Animals

1Here are interesting facts about the top 3 animals you thought were mythical creatures.

Tasmanian devil
We usually hear this creature in one of the famous shows of Warner Bros. which is the “Looney Tunes”. However, this animal actually exists in a Tasmanian Island which is near the country of Australia.  Usually, these animals grow as long as 80 centimeters and more than 20 pounds. This is a heavy animal with a fur covered in dark brown color and white patches on its throats and marks on the sides. It has a pinkish muzzle. It might look cute to you but both its head and jaw are very strong.

2.       Devil Bird
Sometimes, they are also called the ulama or the woman whose youngster has been killed by her husband and then she committed suicide after running into the dark jungle. The natives in Sri Lanka believed that their gods changed her into this creature which can tell if something wrong is happening or will be happening near to this owl. But during an expedition by an ornithologist during the 1950s, they discovered that it was actually a Spot-belied eagle owl. It looks like a devil because of really long black eyebrows and black eyes (which looks like the owl is being possessed by something)

3.       Platypus
If you’ve seen Phineas and Ferb from the Disney Channel, then there is a great chance that you know their pet Perry the platypus which is also a spy. It looks unreal because it’s like it has been imagined from different kinds of animals. It is covered fur but it also swims underwater. It has legs which look like duck feet and it has a body of a small seal. It also lays eggs, like a duck. Even years ago, before it was discovered, they thought it was unreal and was only invented by a taxidermist. It collects food supplies from muds or streams.

Policemen

If people think about officers of the law, they think about grumpy and serious police officers. But hold on, there is more to that.
Like any other human being, a police officer is also capable of being terrified with what he or she hears, sees, touches, smells and tastes while working his job. Most officers experienced traumatic events in their lives. This is where psychologists come in. They debrief the people about a recent happening during their line of duty.
When an officer of the law give you speed tickets, some police officers also give "positive tickets". Many people believed that it originated from a police man in British Columbia named Ward Clapham. He believes that police officers should not only focus on the bad things that people do but also the good deeds that are worthy of rewards. It has been proven that when you commence someone from doing a great thing, they will strive to continue doing the "good thing". However, people should do right things because of what they will get after but because it is morally right.
If you believed that ALL people who want to be police officers must have great knowledge of self-defense, laws and using of firearms, you are wrong. In fact, most applicants have zero knowledge about the things I just mentioned. They never studied a course of criminology, enrolled in a karate class or read the law itself. However, training are provided for them before they can already be called police officers. During the training days they are taught of constitutional, state and traffic laws, defensive and offensive physical training, firearms and defense driving, how to investigate and write a report and even the new technologies like laptops, fax machines and printers.
Watch how braves these cops in the video are.
